I originally trained as a graphic designer in London, and although I initially pursued a career in design, life took a different turn when I and my then-husband started our own business and started a family. During this time, artistic ambitions were put on hold. I later rediscovered my passion for art, focusing on painting botanical subjects, my vibrant acrylic art capturing the intricate patterns and stunning colours found in flowers, offering a fresh, close-up perspective of nature's beauty.

In recent years I have expanded my artistic horizons after attending a pastel workshop, where I found myself drawn to the versatility of pastels. Inspired by their soft texture and ability to create rich detail, I began painting animals, especially dogs, and now I accept commissions to capture beloved pets in pastel.

Always seeking new ways to express my creativity, I have more recently embraced the challenge of watercolour painting, also pen and ink and Brusho. With an emphasis on colour, I continue to explore different subjects, endeavouring to evolve my art.
